Using the accumulated experience in metalworking, assembly and repair, LLC NPP ADAMANT manufactures machines and mechanisms that are analogues of imported machines and mechanisms (import substitution) operated at various enterprises of the mining complex. Such mechanisms have consumer and operational characteristics that are fully consistent with the characteristics of the original mechanisms.
At the request of the Customer, such mechanisms can be modernized to obtain characteristics that differ from the original ones and are more consistent with operational requirements.
To achieve such results, given the lack of basic technical documentation, the specialists of LLC NPP ADAMANT carry out a full range of engineering training in terms of calculations and the development of design and working documentation. During the operation of such mechanisms, their technical condition and operating conditions are monitored, which allows analysis of factors and design changes to increase the reliability and durability of the mechanism.
