We continue to work, the beginning of October 2023, another shipment to the Mining and Processing Plant. Made elastic couplings with a toroidal shell – an elastic coupling of permanent connection, the leading and driven discs of which are mounted on the ends of the connecting shafts; disks are connected by means of a rubber shell with a toroidal profile. A clutch with a toroidal shell is used to transmit torque between the shafts of mechanisms that are actively affected by vibration, shock and dynamic loads. Couplings with a toroidal element make it possible to compensate for significant installation inaccuracies (angular, radial and axial displacements) of shafts.
