In September 2021, ADAMANT specialists manufactured and shipped Toothed shafts reducer KTC2-1300 for ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih PJSC. Namely, the input conical shaft assembly (stage No. 1, high-speed) and the conical-cylindrical shaft assembly (stage No. 2, high-speed intermediate shaft). Parts are manufactured according to drawings number: OF-K16-161SB, OF-K16-79, OF-K16-118, 21520, 21521, 21621a.
Three-stage gearboxes of the KТC2-1300 type consist of a pair of bevel gears with a spiral tooth (high-speed stage) and two pairs of cylindrical helical gears.
The KТC2-1300 three-stage bevel-cylindrical gearbox is designed for use in materials handling equipment and for increasing the torque and decreasing the rotational speed of various machines and mechanisms.
Gearboxes of the KТC series are designed for continuous continuous operation at 600, 1000, 1500 rpm of the input shaft.
