In April 2020, a modern imported screw-cutting lathe was put into operation at LLC NPP ADAMANT.
The machine belongs to the equipment of a high accuracy class and allows processing large-sized products according to the 6th quality.
The complete set of the machine includes all kinds of devices, as well as open and closed lunettes, which significantly expands the technological capabilities of the equipment.
Specifications:
• the largest diameter of the workpiece to be processed – 1600mm;
• longest workpiece length – 6000mm.
The machine is designed to perform a variety of turning, drilling, boring, cutting metric, inch, pitch and modular threads.
