In March 2020, highly qualified specialists of the LLC NPP ADAMANT enterprise performed a repair for PJSC CENTRAL GOK and shipped the pressure winch gearbox 3519.10.03.000.
Pressure winch reducer 3519.10.03.000 relates to equipment for an ECG-8 excavator. This excavator is designed for the development and loading into vehicles of minerals or overburden in open cast mining in the ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, in the coal industry, in the building materials industry, as well as for carrying out large volumes of earthwork in industrial construction.
The pressure winch gearbox is three-stage, cylindrical. The first two steps are helical, the last is spur. The second stage is forked. The gears and bearings are lubricated by spraying oil from the gearbox bath. 230 l of oil is poured into the gearbox. For this purpose, two sprinklers are installed on the drive shaft of the gearbox. On the right end of the output shaft of the gearbox, an integral drum is fixed on the slots, on the left – a detachable drum. In the grooves of the drums closest to the gearbox, the ends of the pressure rope are fastened with crackers and bolts, and the ends of the return rope are fastened in the extreme grooves. The return rope is passed through the return semi-block, the outer streams of the two-strand blocks, the ends are wound from the top along the outer streams onto the drums.
