The XXth open all Ukrainian tournament on freestyle wrestling

February 19, 2020 in Krivoy Rog (Inguletsky district) at the sports base of the Sports and Recreation Complex of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JUNIOR MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT, the anniversary XXth open All-Ukrainian tournament on free-style wrestling among young men and women of 2005-2007 was held, dedicated to the seventy-sixth anniversary of the liberation of Krivoy Rog from the Nazi invaders.

The tournament was attended by teams from Kiev, Azerbaijan and all regions of Ukraine, in total, 250 athletes (185 boys and 65 girls) competed on three rugs.

The All-Ukrainian tournament was held on the initiative and support of:
– The Executive Committee of the Inguletsky district in the city council;
– Kryvyi Rih Freestyle Wrestling Federation;
– Children and youth sports school number 2 of the city of Krivoy Rog;
– General Director of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “SOUTH MINING AND PROCESSING PLANT”, deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council – Konstantin Anatolyevich Fedin.

With financial support:
– The deputy of the Inguletsky district council in the city, the honorary president of the Kryvyi Rih Freestyle Wrestling Federation – Valery Ivanovich Moskalchenko;
– President of the Kryvyi Rih Freestyle Wrestling Federation – Vitaly Alexandrovich Adamchuk;
– Director of RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE “ADAMANT” – Alexander Alexandrovich Zhulidov.

Athletes from Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Poltava made a special competition to Kryvyi Rih residents. Despite this, the pupils of the Youth Sports School No. 2 of the city of Krivoy Rog won 14 awards: 4 gold medals, 5 silver and 5 bronze. According to the results of the competition, the winners of the tournament were awarded with cups, medals, diplomas and cash prizes. The best athletes were awarded cups from the Kryvyi Rih Freestyle Wrestling Federation in such nominations – “For the best equipment”, “For the will to win”, “For the best throw”, “The youngest Champion”.
